Orders are packed to protect finishes, seals, and moving parts in transit. Larger orders may ship in separate tracked cartons when that keeps items from scuffing each other.

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original packaging and unused condition. For items that arrive defective or damaged, Tress Cloudspire covers the return shipping cost; for change-of-mind returns the customer covers return postage.

Hand wash items and components before first use. Keep metal parts out of the microwave, avoid harsh abrasives on coated finishes, and allow all parts to dry fully before storing.
